Driftaway Barcelona is a 3 night trip so you only need to bring the equivalent of hand luggage realistically. Flights will of course be cheaper if you're only bringing hand luggage or a carry on bag instead of checked in luggage, but there is room at your accommodation for whatever you please.

Yes, we always try to build free time into Driftaway Barcelona so you can appreciate where we are at your own pace. Attending all our organised activities is not compulsory although highly advised to make the most of your trip experience.

Yes, you'll need spending money for anything not included in the trip, for example, food throughout each day, drinks (including alcohol) and any activities or adventures you want to do during your free time. We'd advise bringing a small amount of cash, in Euros, just in case.

British passport holders: You do not normally need a visa to visit Spain for a short holiday, provided you comply with the Schengen Area's limit of 90 days in any 180-day period.

Your passport must also have been issued less than 10 years before your arrival and be valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen Area.

Other nationalities: Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and immigration status. If you require a Schengen visa, you should apply well in advance. Applications normally take around 15 calendar days to process but can take up to 45 days, excluding the time needed to secure an appointment.

Yes. Flights, airport transfers, metro tickets, Razzmatazz club entry ticket & any fees to get into cultural spots such as Sagrada Familia are not included. We can and will help with all these things but please ensure you purchase anything necessary in advance.

Yes. Our Barcelona trip has a minimum requirement of 60 paying attendees.

If fewer than 60 people book, we'll assess whether the trip can still go ahead. Falling below this number doesn't automatically mean the trip will be cancelled.

If we do need to cancel because the minimum number hasn't been reached, we'll notify you at least 7 days before departure and provide a full refund of all payments made, including your booking fee, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Your safety comes first! Boat parties are weather-dependent and can only take place when conditions are suitable.

If the boat party cannot go ahead safely, we'll do our best to arrange a suitable alternative. If no suitable replacement is available, you'll receive an appropriate partial refund for the activity in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
